How do i place an order? Is it safe?
It's super easy to place an order on our website - simply browse our store using the top navigations and when you come across an item you like and hit the 'QUICK ADD' or 'ADD TO CART' button. Once you're ready to checkout, click the 'CART' button situated in the top right corner of the website and follow the on-screen instructions through the checkout process to pay. We only accept Paypal payment.
How long will it take to get my package?
It depends on your country or region. For more detailed time information please click on Shipping & Return page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to all worldwide countries.
What payment methods are accepted?
Right now we only accept PayPal payments. Other payment methods will be opened gradually.
Can I change/cancel my order?
You can, but you best be quick. We process orders super fast, so please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel or amend it. If you would like to add another item to your order, you will have to place a separate order.
For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.
How can I determine my ring size?
Due to the slight difference in the standard ring size in each country. We recommend that you refer to the size chart to choose the correct size. If you don't know how to measure your ring size, you can refer to Ring Size Chart .
How do I take care of my jewelry?
To wear your jewelry longer, we recommend storing it in a jewelry box after each wear. Try to take off your jewelry when exercising and bathing to avoid oxidation.
Clean your jewelry regularly. Stop buying jewelry cleaners optionally, all you need is mild soapy water and a cotton cloth (or polishing cloth). Due to the added special material, please do not wash the polishing cloth. For more jewelry care, click Jewelry Care.
Can I order a custom jewelry?

All pearl jewelry can be customized. You can send your jewelry requirements to service@rimmoto.com. We will have a dedicated customer service staff to communicate with you.
Please write your jewelry requirements as clearly as possible in your email, such as the size of the pearl, the metal of the accessories, the size, etc.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Each piece will places in individual exquise jewelry box and then tightly packaged in a courier box. If you need a customized gift card, please send email to service@rimmoto.com before you place an order or within 2 hours of placing your order.
How to choose hypoallergeni earrings?
We recommend that you wear silver earrings, solid gold earrings or titanium earrings. When choosing gold plated earrings, we recommend that you wear them for no more than 24 hours.
