About Our Shipping
You can place an order containing both pre-order and in-stock products. In-stock products will be shipped according to pre-order delivery time. But you may receive your products separately depending on their availability date.
Delivery Time Estimates
Rimmoto offers free standard delivery on every order. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
*ALL orders are free shipping.
Delivery time may vary due to force majeure (for example, COVID-19, severe weather, war or customs control). We will contact you as these situations happened.
For some countries, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout and there are no additional charges upon delivery.
For countries where duties and taxes are not shown at checkout, there may be incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Rimmoto does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Lost Packages: If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Returns
As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to return, let us know.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to:
- Contact customer service service@rimmoto.com to receive a Return Authorization Code.Or speak to a sales representive. Call us on +86 13553049913.
- Write this number on the outside of your package
- Send your purchase back to us
- Upload your tracking number by email us at service@rimmoto.com
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original Rimmoto tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Return shipping cost will be borne by customers. Your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. You are responsible for paying duties and taxes if incurred. we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
* Rimmoto strongly recommend customers to return the purchase with a secured shipment method. Please make sure the package arrives in good condition. Rimmoto will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
